101 Goals to achieve in 1001 days.

Here’s my list, which is work in progress, I will add more goals gradually and cross some off as I achieve them.
Some won’t be crossed off as they are lifestyle changes.

Strength and Fitness
Be lean at 19st
Cut my caffeine consumption
Take fish oils and vitamins daily
Squat 300kg
Bench Press 200kg
Clean and Jerk 170kg
Snatch an 80kg kettlebell
Flip an 80kg Kettlebell
Deadlift the Inch dumbbell (78kg)
Run 400m in 65 seconds (again)
throw discus over 54m
Putt the Shot over 17m
Press overhead the Inver Stone
Train with my wife and complete a 10k run together
Close the COC#3
Quarter a deck of bikes
Bend the Red Rooster (Ironmind red nail)

Tell my wife I love her everyday
Drink beer only at weekends
Go swimming with Alana and Beatrice regularly
Save money for my children every month
Fill 2 ISA’s every year
Tidy my desk daily at work
Call up everyone I haven’t spoken to recently and continue to do so regularly
Invite someone round for dinner once a month
EBAY everything I don’t want or need anymore
Go to Chicago so my wife can show me around (Rachel spent a year there)
Take photos of my family every week
Do something spontaneous once a month
Visit Canada
Visit USA
